N\u00e5r jeg er i handler checker jeg altid om der er kanin, og er der det, s\u00e5 k\u00f8ber jeg ofte det hele. Kanin er nemlig en af mine livretter, og jeg vil gerne g\u00f8re hvad jeg kan for at Irma forts\u00e6tter med at have det p\u00e5 hylderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Frankrig er &#8220;Lapin&#8221; meget almindelig; s\u00e5 almindelig at det ofte er nemmere at finde det p\u00e5 hylderne end kylling, og kanin f\u00e5s i flere udsk\u00e6ringer. Herhjemme m\u00e5 vi dog n\u00f8jes med en standard udsk\u00e6ring i form af pakker med 1\/2 kanin i hver, hvilket dog ogs\u00e5 er fint nok til de fleste retter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 pakke kanin plejer at v\u00e6re nok til to personer. Er man tre b\u00f8r man have to pakker (en hel kanin).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her f\u00f8lger min favoritopskrift p\u00e5 kanin. Det er en nem ret som dog kr\u00e6ver noget forberedelse.
