Oprindeligt lavet for at \u00f8ge salget af osten Reblochon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er man p\u00e5 stedet f\u00e5s denne dejlige ret i flere varianter. Vi synes dog bedst om den mere cremede variant, hvilket nok ogs\u00e5 er den mest originale version. Denne serveres i et rygende varm portionsfad med tilbeh\u00f8r af dejlig spr\u00f8d salat. Konsistensen skal helst v\u00e6re cremet. Bliver den for t\u00f8r virker den kageagtig og kedelig. Visse steder anvendes der mere cremefraiche end beskrevet i opskriften. Ved at skubbe fyldet lidt v\u00e6k fra fadsiderne vil den dejlige cremefraiche sovs samle sig i kanterne og koge n\u00e5r den serveres. Andre steder kan man f\u00e5 retten serveret f.eks. i en stor udhulet bagt kartoffel. I s\u00e5fald er retten mere t\u00f8r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er en smagssag hvor meget Reblochon der skal bruges til hver person, men regner man med ca. 80 g er det ikke helt forkert. \u00d8nsker man yderligere kraftig smag tils\u00e6tter man blot noget mere n\u00e6ste gang man laver denne dejlige ret.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-wpzoom-recipe-card-block-recipe-card header-content-align-left
